Description
This book is broken up into 3 parts:
Part 1 – Understand How to Identify Your Fans – how to understand the nuances of your communities and will help you to plan how to capture and engage more fans with a systematic approach.
Most artists try to “get as many listeners as possible” and don’t get that there is a vast difference between an ambient fan and a super fan – they need to be treated and communicated with differently.
Part 2 – Focus on How to Create Income – makes you think about money and how to monetize your music career by learning how to create products and offerings your fans want and by asking effectively.
And of course, it’s not about going straight to the ask – it’s about building up to it.
Part 3- Create an Effective Plan – helps you create your own artist development plan by breaking down the 15 steps and associated actions you need to prepare, launch and sustain releases, whether they are singles, EPS, videos or full-length albums.
Individual strategies are needed for individual singles. Each track needs its own purpose and goals for marketing.
